Refund policy

Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. Because we process orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery, we cannot accept cancellation requests after this 15-minute window has passed.

Returns Our return policy lasts 30 days, starting from the day your product is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the seasonal nature of our products, any items that show signs of use or alteration will strictly not be accepted for a refund.

Exceptions: Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
